Mark Owen is to become a dad for the third time after getting wife Emma in the family way, he has confirmed.
A message from the pint-sized pop star on the Take That website read: "Emma and I are delighted to confirm reports that we are nearly six months pregnant and expecting our third child in the summer. Robbie Williams revealed last week that he and wife Ayda are expecting their first child together, while Gary Barlow and wife Dawn's fourth child is due to arrive in the summer.
A friend of Mark's told The Sun newspaper: "He was keeping it a secret for as long as possible so he could enjoy keeping the special news in the family. But now it's come to a point where it's time to share it with everyone.
"The lads have had a right old giggle about the three of them having baby news about the same time.
"Gary was joking there must have been nothing on the telly a few months back for them all to get down to business."
Mark and Emma have got their marriage back on track after a rough patch a few years ago when Mark was revealed to have had a string of affairs - which he attributed to a drink problem.
The friend continued: "Mark and Emma have gone through a lot of soul-searching. Mark's turned his life around and proved to Emma that he is the man she fell in love with. Life really couldn't be better for them."
