Monsters can't drag so they buy into the Hive's excessive bravado and refuse to try it with them despite Joanne having the superior receipts in nearly every aspect of stardom since her breakthrough.
The Hive doesn't really fight the Monsters because, again, of Joanne eclipsing Beyoncé in nearly every aspect of stardom since Joanne came out. They'd much rather pick on smaller, weaker artists who are floundering than take on Joanne.
