Robbie Williams Candy hey ho here she goes inspired upbeat single from the Williams/Barlow partnership
Jedward Luminous Jedwards attempt at making more serious music actually works
Kelly Clarkson Stronger the type of track people seek from Clarkson full of independence and fire
Hot Right Now DJ Fresh and Rita Ora a radio play-listss dream and the song which launched Rita into the pop world
Coldplay feat Rihanna Princess of China definitely a grower but eventually I found a love for this unusual partnership
Cheryl Call My Name if only all her album tracks were as good as Cheryls lead singles
Katy Perry Wide Awake a personal and heartfelt song to end the successful Teenage Dream era
You Bring Me Joy Amelia Lily anything that brings Xenomania work into the Top 40 is great in my book, Lily is one to watch for 2013

Cher Lloyd Want U Back infectious and catchy mixed in with a bit of brattiness from Cher
Beyonce End of Time an underappreciated song again, I loved the funk style to this single
fun We Are Young lets set the world on fire, it did just that
Paloma Faith Picking Up the Pieces a highly emotive track which lots of people identified with
Stooshe Black Heart the girls best song to date, they need more in this template to avoid pop failure
Lana Del Rey National Anthem she had me from the moment a horse neighed
Noisettes That Girl retro sounding funk/swing based track from the UK group
No Doubt Settle Down get in line and settle down sing Gwen and co on their comeback single
Psy Gangham Style heyyyy sexy ladies a phenomena
Christina Aguilera Your Body a shame this song didnt do very well, its like Diiirtty 2012
AME Play the Gameboy watch out for this lady in 2013, excellent visuals in the video too
Little Mix DNA its in his DNA sing our favourite X Factor ladies group
Bruno Mars Locked out of Heaven such a cool smooth and enjoyable listen
Jessie Ware Sweet Talk one of our 2013 artists to watch, this song is like treacle for the ears sweet and smooth
