Just a simple question, have you ever been what you would consider 'fat'? This isn't meant to be a shady post or anything like that. It really doesn't matter what weight you are as long as you're happy with yourself and it definitely doesn't matter what others think either. I was just curious.
I was never properly fat, but I was a little bit chubby, especially around my torso and thighs. This was around Year 11-12, so between 16 and 17.
Once I got into the gym and into weight training though, I lost the weight really quickly, and I put on muscle really quickly too. I like my body type/shape now. I would hate to be one of those guys who was naturally skinny and had difficulty putting on muscle. I was just lazy in high school, ate unhealthily and didn't train (mostly because I was intimidated/insecure about going to the gym and I had no idea what to do).
