I'd say (from personal experience), havefaithrestart, Satan, Guernica, Accelgors, Eternium, Clouds, most of the Arianators and some of the people from Random Thoughts.
from the mods, the only ones I'm familiar with are Ryan, Cupid & Bloomers and they're really, really nice, my faves.
also, from the new members Alena, Bellerophon and the ones from RTs are really nice too.
