Can someone explain me..
Why more and more videos have lyric videos?
Why some of these lyrics videos look better than official videos?
why it seems that more effort has been put into the lyric video rather than the official video?

Cause those videos would make people listen to the song, so there are more streamings for Billboard.

That's one thing. But WHY do some of these videos actually look better than the official video?
