Maybe I'm 'insensitive', but this is what a 5 year old does when their animal dies. An adult deals with it and goes about their life.

LOL that's not true.
When our family dog died my dad cried his eyes out, and he never cries.
He never talked about it again after that tho but still, she's young and especially for someone in the spotlight this is hard.
