Since first entering the GP's eyes in 2013 and hitting it bigtime in 2014, Iggy Azalea has been constantly in the spotlight, newspapers, online media, magazines & is always the spark of a huge debate on ALL social media. Anything she does is highly publicised and talked about. Her sales are GOOD for an artist who has only released one album.
All in all is Iggy a huge artist? Are the GP seeking new music? Will she continue to slay and stay in the media for years to come? Lets be real people said she was fading in January yet she's been constantly in the public eye and media since then.
Iggy is the only new artist including Lorde from the 2013+ era whom has managed such a feat. I know Meghan will be mentioned but I wouldn't say Meghan has achieved anything in comparison to Iggy or even Lorde due to her being irrelevant and non-existent on any form of media. The only thing she had on her side was sales.
No. Meghan, Lorde and even Carly were bigger than her. Also **** at Lorde being "non-existent" on media when she is able to tour and sell albums something that Iggy is barely able to do.
Iggy declined really quickly and she wasn't that big to begin with.
Meghan is probably the biggest new artist right now. "All About That Bass" was a bigger hit and had much more impact than "Fancy," she's had more hits as a lead artist, and her debut album is platinum.

That was written about Meghan not Lorde hunny, give it a re-read.
No, Lorde and Meghan seem bigger to me. If she could make some good music then I'd imagine she'd be big, but she hasn't and probably never will so to her.

Same thing can be saidto Meghan she had bigger hits than Iggy sold more albums and she's able to tour too. Also the attention the Azalea gets from the media is more negative than positive.
