After the ARTFLOP Ball received horrific reviews and empty seats, Team Gaga decided to contact the RIAA in order to give Gaga an award for “Bad Romance,” the highlight of her career. To make things worse, they gave it to Gaga on stage in Washington DC at a venue which was swarming with empty space due to low ticket sales.
