He started it for sure, he continuously perpetuates it by making it a point of conversation even now in his music, HOWEVER im seriously getting a kick out of the fact that she flat out lied about the phone conversation and knowing about the verse and the fact that Kim straight up posted the video and legitimately exposed her. You guys always make up these conspiracy theories about artists based on the little that we hear in rumors that fuels conversation on here but this is one of those incredibly rare times where you have legitimate concrete evidence put directly in your face in regards to one of these girls lying. Its really amusing. Regardless of how bad hes made himself look over the years, this is the first time shes ever actually and truly been exposed for being as manipulative as people have claimed she has been or at least giving people a legit reason to go off on it now.
