Welcome fellow ATRLiens and lurkers, to our very own Missy Elliott singles rate. Over the last 20 years, Melissa Arnette "Misdemeanor" Elliott has been blessing headphones, radios, boomboxes, iPhones, televisions, cassette tapes, and Beats Pills all over the world. Her off-kilter brand of hip-hop combines elements of funk, R&B, electronica, and dance music with less musically conventional, everyday sounds to great effect. Through her interesting rhymes, unabashed sexuality, and out of this world visuals, she has inspired a generation of artists within and outside of hip hop to push boundaries and challenge the status quo. She deserves all the glory and respect, so let's honor her.

Rules

Listen to all the songs and rate each song on a scale of 0 to 10.
Only two numbers after the decimal point are allowed.
You can give your favorite song an 11 if you choose. However, if you choose to give an 11, you must provide commentary explaining why.
NO TROLLING! Troll ballots will be scoffed at and thrown away.
Commentary with your ballot is welcome, but not required outside of the 11 requirement.
PM your rates to me by July 4, 2016 at 10 p.m. my time.
Graphics would be appreciated so that this doesn't look like a bootleg affair like my last two rates (looking at you supaspaz!)
