New Zealand. It's close, so the flights would be cheap. My parents own a small cottage at the very bottom of the south island. So I could hide there. The town only has like 10,000 people too, and there's lots of open, green land. I'd feel safe there.
If I'm choosing to uproot my life and start somewhere fresh though, and I'm not running from anything, and I had the funds to do it and a job all lined up, then definitely New York.
