Taylor could easily snatch an Oscar if she did a song for a movie to bring her to EGO but unless she can act on stage live, she might come short of a Tony. Same thing with Adele only with an Emmy and Tony. It really depends on whether they both can prove to be formidable actresses.
Gaga has the least amount of prerequisites at the moment but if she wins an Oscar, she will be the closest out of all three because her Golden Globe win proved voters respect her acting abilities to an extent, meaning better possibilities regarding an Emmy and Tony.
Adele and Gaga (if she manages to snatch the Oscar) are definitely strong contenders. The Emmy shouldn't be too big of a reach for either of them, it's the Tony that is the deciding factor.
