A season-long celebratory event, AMERICAN IDOL will feature host Ryan Seacrest and judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr., as they discover an IDOL one last time, and pay tribute to the past 14 seasons of amazingly talented contestants and the millions of fans who phoned, tweeted, texted and championed their favorites.

Does anyone even watch it still

I watched bits and pieces of seasons 13 & 14 through Youtube but by the end of both seasons I lost interested. I'm going to try to watch season 15 in full so I hope they go above and beyond to get great talent because I need someone to strongly root for like the good ol' days.

I'm kinda excited for this

I don't really watch for talent this upcoming season. I want to see how they use nostalgia to pull in viewers.
