"Some exclusive stuff you'll hear this week and Rob (Rob Shooter) is going to give us an exclusive about how Adele has an album coming out in November and how she exclusively is going to promote it."
ROB SHOOTER: "She has a deal for this album for it to be exclusively promoted on NBC. That means we are going to see her on the Today Show, S & L, she's also going to do a prime time special on NBC and Jimmy Fallon, so any other network is not going to be able to touch Adele because NBC has locked her in"

Later in the show, they say that he is doing a podcast cast for z100.
This starts at the 71:40 mark if you listen to the interview on z100's site.

You have to make an account to listen to it, but z100 confirmed that Adele's 25 is coming out in NOVEMBER. I can now make this thread because the last thread was closed because Billboard questioned the release date, but the release date is now confirmed by z100 and Rob Shooter.
This is further backed up by a new HDD report CONFIRMING AGAIN that the album, 25, is coming out in November, and they also talk about the NBC DEAL.

Our Contents subject, meanwhile, is none other than Her Majesty, Adele. With a date announced for her wildly anticipated new XL/Columbia album—it will begin ruling the world on 11/20—and an NBC lockout assuring massive visibility, Adele is preparing to return to the Pop throne and dominate Q4 and beyond. How big will her forthcoming set be? We look forward to finding out. But we imagine this HITS Contents shout-out will make the global megastar yearn for obscurity.

The long-awaited return of XL/Columbia’s Adele is slated for 11/20, and is naturally expected to have a seismic impact on the remainder of the year. Expect the leadoff single to drop in the first or second week of November.
The forthcoming album is the last on Adele’s Sony/XL deal; insiders say she has already inked a new worldwide deal with Sony, said to be valued at more than $50 million.
The British superstar has inked a lockout deal with NBC for four big TV looks, including The Today Show, SNL, a prime-time special and one more appearance TBA (possibly Fallon). The exclusive deal will not, however, prevent Adele from appearing on the 2016 Grammys.
