For me, 2012 was the year of rising new artists and mostly, the decay of the old familiar ones. We thought 2011 was disappointing and hoped 2012 would make it up, but it was more of an average year than 2011. In my first Year End Charts on ATRL, i tried to do my best to pick best songs, music videos and albums of the year.
Looking forward to this list. Especially the surprise list.
And I totally agree with the comment about 2012 being average along with 2011
