Fitness threads get done every couple of months then just disappear...
I'm doing more cardio now. I typically do work out with free weights [bench press, squats, bicep/tricep curls] but I'm trying to lessen that to become more lean therefore I'm trying to run more. But cardio is a huge bitch.
