They should think about a japanese project imo, something like Che'Nelle did maybe. I kinda think that something is coming tho, she has way too much selling-potential there to let her go.

I'd say it's because of her image + sound. I love japanese music, and I've been listening to it since I was a kid, what I can say is that I honestly find several similarities between Carly's music and J-Pop and that's probably why I stan so hard for her:
- Extremely catchy melodies
- A little little bit of electronic influences here and there
- Very very sweet and girly voice
- Lyrics that everybody can relate to
Plus, as I said, you have to add her image, she looks super cute and sweet, and trust me, they love it.
