Jk. I just started my first job yesterday, I work at Kohls.

I quit McDonald's in May. I took the summer off before I went to school, but now I am applying to places like crazy since I have to pay for gas to commute.

Working 40 hours a week at the age of 16 is way too much if you ask me. On top of that you still have your education to focus on, which is extremely important. Another question that pops up, and I don't mean to be rude but: don't you have a social life? You won't have any time for your friends, family or even yourself during the weekdays. I'm not an expert, but that cannot be a healthy lifestyle for a teenager. Of course I don't know your situation and in the end you are the one that makes the decision.

I'm currently working as a paperboy and it pays surprisingly well. Once I start college I will go looking for a better job that gives me more experience.
