No. It doesn't work like that. If she doesn't want to be photo-shopped, she doesn't get photo-shopped.

It's her body, her music and her god damn video.

If it was for a magazine, I'd completely understand as it's up to the magazine, but this is her video. She has every right to take the video down and demand it'd be uploaded without any editing to her body. It might not have been a drastic edit, but it's still editing and she's sticking by her morals and wants to be represented as her natural self.
