I'd say right now they're pretty equal, however Beyoncé continues to grow and grow, and still produce iconic career moments, whereas Britney is pretty much close to retirement at this stage.

Beyonce. She influences a lot of singers today and will inspire others in the future. Britney will not. She has more of a cult following on pop music forums.

At the moment, I think it's Britney, but Bey will eventually take the throne. While Britney has peaked (no tea, no shade), Bey's celebrity status seems to grow bigger with every era, so I think she'll take the throne by the time she's 40 years old, tbh.

More influential as a musician and certainly as a singer, without her would the new girls be rap-singing or be making this Crazy in Love-esque tracks? I don't think so.
New female artists study her performances and costuming. She's like the new Janet when it comes to performing. She's the new blueprint.
