As it was last year, it will be kind of a basic layout, since I STILL suck at graphics and really dont have time to do them, but again, its should be ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC 
2013 was one of my interesting year in music. Had the HIGEST of HIGHS and the LOWEST of LOWS. I havent been so excited for new music since 2011, and this years list was harder than EVER to rank.
