FFM's Daily Serving of Fava Beans, Pain, and Good Music
Hmm..
Not sure how many will actually read or post on this, but I don't give a s---, I'll do it anyway..
Anywho, this countdown will be my favorite 10 songs of the day...
No votes, but any recommendations are welcomed (Except for Britney Spears. Perhaps I'm a hater, but I was forced to hear her latest album by a roommate blasting it over and over again, and it's terrible. That is all)
Songs retire after 40 days
Without further adieu, the countdown..
10. Iglu and Hartley- This City (DEBUT, Peak #10)
- Vocals aren't great, but still very catchy, especially the chorus
9. Rise Against- The Audience of One (DEBUT, Peak #9)
- Good song, but Entertainment would've made a better single, imo
8. Seether- Careless Whisper (DEBUT, Peak #8 )
- So... take an incredibly cheesy 80's pop song, have a grungy rock band cover it, and it becomes good. Who know?
7. Matt and Kim- Daylight (DEBUT, Peak #7)
- Absurdly catchy. Absurdly
6. Veer Union- Seasons (DEBUT, Peak #6)
- One of the better songs by a band nobody has heard of
5. Third Eye Blind- Red Star (DEBUT, Peak #5)
- Excellence packed into a can. Or an EP. Same difference
4. Kings of Leon- Use Somebody (DEBUT, Peak #4)
- Terrific song by a terrific band. Nothing else needs to be said
3. Coldplay- Life in Technicolor II (DEBUT, Peak #3)
- The version without lyrics is better, but this is still a great song
2. People in Planes- Last Man Standing (DEBUT, Peak #2)
- Such a shame this band isn't more popular than it is...
1. Depeche Mode- Wrong (DEBUT, Peak #1)
- If you don't like this song, then you're WRONG.
