For me I think Gaga would be an 8 because she's a great musician, performer and she has great a discography but she lacks the originality as an artists thus keeping her from growth. We'll see as the years go one and she has more material out to judge if she's growing or not.
10. She has plenty of room for growth but she's shown that she's a capable musician. She's a solid songwriter, makes great melodies, dances decently, is creatively focused and is knowledgeable about music history. One of the most interesting and thought-provoking pop artists of the past 20 years. Touring force to be reckoned with. A pop culture icon only a few years into her career.
She's a great songwriter, her live shows are amazing and she always sings live flawlessly, also she's a refreshing kind of artist who have pushed boundaries when it comes to music videos, live performances and fashion.
She's not only a pop-star, she's also a politican activist, and fashion icon and a person with a gigant cultural impact.
Gaga's a good songwriter, decent dancer, good performer (can improve overtime) and a great singer. Her discography is shaping up beautifully and honestly, we've yet to see what she can really do. The only negative thing is she sometimes takes in a little to much insperation...

6.5. If we're gonna talk about the "whole package" she really lacks in visual areas (music videos), she's talented, and overall has good music though. It's not extraordinary/mindblowing but its good. Still, her albums tend to have low lows.
Had this been on performing and talent alone, I would give her an 8.5, but her music brings the score down to a 6.
I feel like I am waiting for something "more" from her. She shows glimpses of this quality, but it's irregular.
7.8. She is really talented seeing as she can play instruments, sing, and write her own records. But she gets this rating for her music, it really bring her down some notches. The Fame/Fame Monster has aged terribly to me, but they still have some nice bops on it. Whereas BTW was truly not a good album to me, despite the hype. Plus her music video during the BTW era just weren't as epic, but I think with ArtPop she will step it up.
