a) been released as a single
b) in any year other than 2008
My iTunes library has more than 350 songs which fit into this criteria, but only 50 songs could make it. Chart positions are determined by the number of spins the songs received throughout the year. Unlike last year, I will not be disclosing the number of spins the song received.
