I think Britney would win, her album is more anticipated.
B2B only sold 346,000 w/ promotion, Blackout sold 290,000 w/o promotion and her life going down in flames, im sure this time if Britney has promotion she will easily beat Christina..
Britney's lowest first week sales WITH promotion is 600k+ (I don't know the exact number, where's the push-a-stan button when you need it?). Christina's highest sales week was 340k+ with B2B. I would say Britney would win, but it could very well come down to a single choice, stage presence, etc. If Britney's still a mess, it's Christina all the way.
If they really hype it up i think whoever loses will still end up with like 700k so it wont be that bad
Wasnt Britneys highest first week like 1.2million? I wouldnt be suprised if she reached close to that if she promoted her ass off and performed like she used to
Actually it would be a good way to hype up both albums...it actually be cool, im sure sales would be HUGE for both, but theres only one winner which sucks, i want them both at #1.
Yeah but at this point they BOTH need the boost. Obviously they will both be #1 when they come out but they're both icons and the over the top sales would really help their career. It would bring excitement back into Christina's career and make her more relevant & it would make Britneys comeback even bigger so she can finally get out of trainwreckville.
