Gaga shows how to keep a strong relationship with family, how to accept everyone, etc. She really is a role model and realizes that. Beyonce is obviously a great role model as well. She does everything respectably and everyone should emulate her. But i would go with Gaga just because she really is trying to put out a good message as a part of her work.
Edit: And im talking about a roll model to everyone...not just women. Gaga's message is for everyone.
It's split for me. Gaga gives her audience the freedom to express themselves in whichever way they see fit for their own live, but at the same time Beyoncé is probably the number one class act in the entertainment industry. Not to mention the empowerment she gives to women everywhere, especially colored women. They're both equally as powerful.
