I will say this seems less impressive since Jess only has one #1 as a lead artist, though. At least Cheryl and Geri are lead artists with all their singles.

Rita could reach or break Cheryl's record if she pulls out all the stops for this era. Though considering how things came to a literal standstill after IWNLYD and the quality of Poison, I doubt it.
