Here is the second installment of my #1 Dance Hits rate! The first one, in 1991, was my very first rate to host and I'm happy to be back!
These songs all hit #1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs chart. There was a separate #1 for every week in the year 2014, so there are 52 songs to rate. This chart is just decided by club DJs on what songs get the best response from their clubs, and even though remixes can be used to decide, the original song is what charts. Hopefully this explains why some of the #1 songs seem weird for a dance chart.
Rules: Scores between 0-10 are eligible, up to two decimal points. You may give one song an 11. If the rates are deemed to be trolling, they will not be counted. The rate's deadline is Friday, Aug 21 - that gives just about one month to listen to everything and get your rates in!
