All vocal anti-feminists I've ever met or read their texts, watched their videos online, have been rather sexist, even misogynistic, often homophobic too.
This is of course anecdotal evidence from my experiences. However, yes, it's rather common human behavior that when people encounter social movement or ideology that contradicts their beliefs, they often dig their heels even more to the ground and hold their own beliefs even more stubbornly. And by the way, those (prejudicial, sexist) beliefs often don't change even with paramount contradictory evidence.
