Due to insufficient time spent on other things, it has been a hard year keeping up with music. While they are pretty good, it just doesn't feel right to list them because I either checked out the album too late or they grew on me a little too late. Either way, that explains why I didn't do top 39 albums but have 9 close calls (
9 for 2009!1). Some potential albums are even in the singles list! Still, there are many albums, and singles, that I completely forgot about when making the list.

Good list so far with the exception of you know who. But it seems like every year you throw in something I would rather avoid.
