This. And just because it's Lady Gaga doesn't mean she's getting an automatic nomination. MTV treats everyone equal. Hopefully this is a wake up call to her & her team but realistically she's probably got her head in the clouds thinking "I'm too good for them anyway"

Yes she was, the video and Applause are still miles better than most of the other videos and deserved atleast technical/chereo nominations.

Even if Gaga could attend, I don't believe she would have gotten the major categories. Gaga missing from the technical categories is a testament to the fact that Gaga is the only person who cares about ARTPOP.

So many artists got snubbed this year.

G.U.Y at least deserved Best Art Direction and Nicki deserved at least Best Hip-Hop video with LAN.

It has epic parts but like most of the stuff lately she just ruined it by trying too hard

Your point is? The VMA's are NOT rigged like most shows. They've televised her in the past as well winning an award when she was at a concert
