The debut single of the Tennessee native is one that explains what us guys have done, at least once or twice for our second half: Get a new haircut, wardrobe, call her/him more than usual, you know the little things. It's definitely one that I had to include in the list and a smooth way to start off our countdown
The teen sensations too the world (of teenage girls) by storm when they finished third in X-Factor UK in 2010. As expected, the song blew up seconds after it was released. I personally ain't the biggest fan of the song, but I'll admit it's got a catchy vibe to it
You know it's been quite some time since the last I've heard from Cassie, so I was happy to see she had a new single. I like it, it's catchy and fun and sexy, definitely deserves to be here in the list.
The sexy Angie Stone returned in 2012 to give us "Backup Plan", which I do love. It's just very sultry and cool about it. Not really #1 material to be honest, but still it's a good song
So it was no wonder that Owl City wanted to do a collab with Carly Rae, since back when the song was released, she had the #1 song in the world. Anyway, the duo worked well in this song "Good Time", and it's very catchy indeed. The only problem I have with it....and this is just me....it sounds kinda like most stuff today in terms of the "Woahhh Oh Oh Oh", you know what I mean?
I'm sure you ladies and gentlemen who can't speak Spanish love when someone sings a song to you in that language in the most romantic way (well at least the people I know lol) This song is beautiful, so romantic, and Pablo's voice is just....I wish i had it lol
Sassy Karmin delivered this year since performing on SNL (that ultimately gave them the push they needed to break into the spotlight). Hello is a really great song, and kinda out there in terms of quality
When I first heard of Megan & Liz, I thought "Oh cute, another two-girls group that was probably signed by Disney". But then i heard this song on speakers on a ride at Six Flags, and I grew to like it. I guess that's the reason it made my Top 125 Songs this year. It's pretty nice
Great choices so far, Joe! The amount of selections you're planning to make shows so much dedication. People owe it to themselves to check out your countdown.

Why thank you so much! Hey it's the love for music, I'm so excited about this countdown.
I love party songs every once in a while, cause they just get you in a good mood, and this one is a good example. I've heard the original "Cry (Just a Little)". The only issue I have is....well I could've put the original in this countdown, but I put Flo-Rida's version instead....in other words: It's basically a remix of "Cry (Just A Little) feat. Flo-Rida"
