short shorts (or even skirts), wears/buys women's clothing, high heels, big designer bags with the long wallets, etc?

I saw this guy on the bus and he wore a denim jacket that was really short, the length didn't even go up to his waist but to his belly button, a dark silky fuchsia shirt (and when he took of his jacket the back of his shirt had cuts/designs and showed his back)? Do you think it's nice? Good fashion? etc?

Also reminder I'm not asking if he SHOULD be wearing these type of clothing/is it right. My question is do you guys think it's nice (fashion wise for men)

Although I won't tell people what to wear. I can't judge whether it is right or wrong to do that, but I will say it looks bad.

I don't think it looks great on guys and I personally wouldn't wear it. As for the make up, make up for men is ok but I'm not a fan with huge make up (like eyeshadow, etc). He looks really good natural though

I try not to judge people, but if some men prefer to dress like a woman that's totally their business. For some it might be a profession, or just a gimmick like Dennis Rodman...

I seriously don't mind it. I don't think it's a turn-on, exactly, but it can be confusingly sexy. I respect them and I appreciate the fact that they just don't give a **** about what other people think. There are a couple of kids at my school who border on gender-bending in the clothes they wear, and they really work it.
