Haley Reinhart signs to Interscope Records | Debut Album due this fall.

After weeks of speculation that third-place "American Idol" contestant Haley Reinhart has been signed to Jimmy Iovine's Interscope Records--speculation fueled by a mysterious Amazon page titled "New Release," a Wikipedia entry, and news that she'd been picked up by Red Light Management--an anonymous "Idol" insider has confirmed to Reality Rocks that the rumor is true. Haley has apparently joined her fellow Season 10 contestants Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina, and Pia Toscano as the latest signed Idol!
While no details about Haley's "New Release" are available right now, and no official announcement has been made (the label declined to comment at this time), Haley hinted at her good news when I interviewed her last week backstage at the Idols Live Tour in Los Angeles. When I flat-out asked her about the Interscope gossip, she slyly replied, "I'm going to be saying whatever I gotta say pretty soon enough, I just don't know if I can or not. But things are hopefully working out pretty well!"
When I asked her what type of album she'd like to release, she answered: "In a perfect world, I would love it be bluesy, soulful, funky--a lot of stuff incorporated. I think it's possible!"
I stanned for this girl so hard during AI that she's already second in my sig without even putting out an album. I pretty much live for her and T-Swift.
