Well, I think HR thought R&R would have shot up the radios because Naturally did SO well. But they were wrong. R&R is still doing good but it's not moving up fast as Naturally did. So I think that's why HR is pushing for a second single right now.
I think they are releasing a new song a couple weeks before the album so they can get the young fanbase attention once again. R&R came out in June and it's already old for the kids. I'm assuming they will do a big push with this single on Disney Channel and Radio Disney the next couple weeks so they can get the kids to buy the album.
