I'm 19 and I'm currently a freshman in a private university college studying software engineering and I am only now realising that I just don't find programming that much interesting. Before I enrolled I thought programming would be so coll and fun and I basically thought all of that as a result of me thinking programming would get me lots of money, but now I'm starting to feel so bored by it, so overwhelmed by how much stuff I need to know just to barely consider myself a junior programmer. There's just too much going on and some stuff is just so hard. I am planning to change the course and study digital marketing at the same college because it seems like something I would enjoy doing and it doesn't seem very hard (tbh I'm generally very uninterested into 99% of possible studies out there but digital marketing seems kinda fun). I'm not sure how many job opportunities digital marketing as a career offers, but I like it in theory, I certainly know I don't want to pursue programming and I don't know what else to do.
What about yall, what is your dream job? What are you studying?

Digital Marketing is fun and very creative but it's definitely not "easy".
A brand's digital presence is in your hands and if you make a mistake you could completely ruin it and your career forever.
You need to be really creative and quick-witted. Not a single Marketing related aspect is as easy as many think it is.
