Was there a dispute? Dutchess produced five consecutive multi-platinum hits, which was a first and only until Teenage Dream.

2016 really showed out. There was at least a gradual decline before. Interesting to look at this and see an average 4-5 songs hit 4m+ and so many sleeper / slow burners. Especially when hooplah back then surrounded which pop girl etc. would debut with high digital numbers.
