just got back from watching it, and it totally just blew me away. I went with the intensions of hating the movie, but it was just AWESOME!

I thought it was fantastic. One of the best science fiction films in years, and almost none of the complaints I heard about it beforehand were valid.

I was going to mention one thing I didnt like, but I dont wanna spoil it for anyone... is not a biggy, but it was just well done

So I guess I was the only person confused? They never explained why they didn't kill them. Were we supposed to come up with our own answer? What was the point of that?

Seeing it this week

So there's going to be a sequel? If there is then that makes sense. I didn't know so I thought they were going to just leave it like that.

They basiclly dont have to explain anything. To them we are mear ants, they dont have to give us explanations.

Think about it, do we explain ourselfs to dogs, cats, monkeys, ants?

Just got back from seeing the movie and I think it was probably my favorite movie so far this year. Sci-fi perfection!

I thought it was amazing! I didn't care that not everything was explained... I thought that sort of reflected how Noomi Rapace's character was on a neverending search for answers. We dont' find out exactly what happened because humans can never know; we'll always be debating religion vs. science

Yes, a Si Fi movie questioned life and death through the eyes of greek mythology.

Although there are quite a few plot holes, the humanities depth is really impressive.

Ps. And I really like the way it raise the question through an android, and leave the question to the audience to think themselves.

the sequel is going to be about the on going odyssey of Elizabeth Shaw and David. It will answer some questions left by this one. And it will be the true prequel to the Alien series.
