I'm on the fence with her. On one hand Rihanna does hustle, releases some good pop tunes, and reinvents her image making her interesting. ON the other hand I don't think she deserves it because of how bad a performer she is despite being in the game so long. Like at the iHeart Radio Music Festival.

What do we mean by work hard? She doesn't rehearse, she's booked promo because she'll sell not because she likes working hard. I'd agree if she did her job well, but it's pointless showing up for work high/drunk and out of tune. Pointless.
