Okay I was joking about my first comment and being deliberately messy and stupid(I don't even know who Keyshia Cole is), but this comment is not okay. $10
is terrible for a bill that is $146. You should tip at least 20% every time. Tips is where they get most of their money. They work their asses off on their feet for hours and hours straight with little breaks. Dealing with ass holes all day. She offered you a service and brought you your food, filled your drinks, answered questions, cleaned your tables, you can pay her/him 20% at least.
