I think it is. Steps had so many good songs but I think this is their best, they released a remix version for the US but it flopped. I can't believe they didn't become big in the US, I suppose they were too euro-pop.
This slow version is so beautiful, I think it's better than the normal version. It should of been given the same attention as well.
