JT breaks 1D's pre-orders record for digital album with 140k
iTUNES CHARTS: Not surprisingly, it’s all about Justin Timberlake on changeover morning. The 20/20 Experience is firmly entrenched at #1, as the RCA album breaks the record for digital preorders, previously held by One Direction with 136k, by a few thousand units. Those preorders aren’t all from iTunes, of course, but we can assume that most consumers went to the store for their J.T. fix. (3/19a)
