Fifty years ago, Martin Luther King Jr. led the March on Washington, a political rally of some 200,000 to 300,000 people to the nation’s capital, where King, standing in front of the Lincoln Memorial, delivered his historic “I Have a Dream” speech. President Obama will deliver a major address Wednesday to commemorate the March on Washington.
It still baffles me how much we have to go until his dream for the most part gets recognized.
His dream will never fully become reality due to the fact that racistm will still exist.
