Billboard - they published the Billboard Canadian Top Albums chart from Nielsen Music that includes track equivalent albums & streaming equivalent albums along with pure album sales.

apparantely:
25 is #1 in pure sales, but Anti is #1 in SPS.
so they were probably very close, and both are #1 in a way!
