Tbh, the kid shouldn't be in the trolley in the first place, but it seemed like a honest mistake. I use to stand in the cart all the time and fell out a few times She seemed sorry but they wouldn't drop it. But the mother should have been focusing on the kids and not talking in the phone. I also don't recall her asking her to sit down so she hasn't got a leg to stand on...

"The mother had been yelling for like 10 min. prior to this video being taken. We went over to see what was going on, we thought a fight had ensued, but it was the mother yelling and cursing at the little girl. If you were at either corner of the store, you could hear this lady yelling. The mother was yelling at daughter to stand up and reach a shirt with a broken arm. The mother was yelling throughout the Walmart (all associates heard, and did nothing). The mother yanked the cart, and didn't do anything. Bad mother says: "I didn't mean to do that one." WHY ARE PEOPLE SO QUICK TO PASS JUDGMENT? Thirsty ass bitches, it could have been an HONEST MISTAKE. They don't know that mother they have no business videotaping her as if she was smacking her kids around. She could have high blood pressure, she could be having a bad day, its none of their ****ing business unless they saw her hit the kid.

People are so quick to pass judgment because a child should never be standing in a cart that's on wheels in the first place. That's pure common sense right there. I would NEVER let a child stand in a cart like that and the mother was fully aware and enabling her to do so the whole time. While I agree it's not necessarily right to be standing there videotaping, I'm sure there was a reason they started. Whether the mother was already yelling at her or they were just as shocked as I was to see a mother allowing her child to stand like that in a cart. There were better ways of handling this, but there's no excuse for this blatant example of poor parenting. The mother should have just said it was an honest mistake, and checked to make sure her child was okay. Rather than screaming back and continuing her cell conversation and crazily rubbing her daughter's head.
