Yeah the 9.6M figure is raw album sales + TEA + SEA.
4.1M actual album sales leaves 5.5M from TEA/SEA. 28M singles = 2.8M albums through TEA (TEA = 10 singles sold is equivalent to 1 album so divide 28M by ten) and the 4B streams = 2.7M albums through SEA (SEA = 1,500 streams are equivalent to one album, divide 4B by 1,500 gives 2,666,666 which can be rounded to 2.7M). 2.8M + 2.7M = 5.5M so yeah.
