Also, it is outselling Talk That Talk by 149k worldwide, and has been getting significantly higher weekly sales than TTT. In its 16th week, Talk That Talk pushed 38k, about half of Unapologetic's 75k in its corresponding week.
Unapologetic is outselling Talk That Talk in the US by 100k.

Is the public of today interested in music?
Most certainly not. She is one of he biggest pop stars in the world and this album will end up about 3,5 - 4,5 millions WW (the same like Lana Del Rey's BTD) and maybe 3 big singles.
No question, this is nice money for her and her producers, co-writers but to make really money she is forced to go every year on tour, and what is with artists who are a little less known than her. The industry is in the gutter. The next one who most likely feel the squeeze is JT. Let's wait for the second week sales slump. Without a tour and support of Jay-Z, his comeback wouldn't be worth.
Well, I guess congrats to the success.

People like music. If they didn't want it, they wouldn't get it. I don't get the point.
I mean, most people go on tour to promote their album and make money. Nowadays with sales being so poor, that's how celebrities really make bank, along with endorsements. I don't get your point.

Someone told you a damn lie. She is not releasing the next album in the summer, and I highly doubt the era will be over after the Pour It Up video, especially since there is Right Now along with other potential hits on the album. In fact, there was a report that she may be taking a year break.

Come on, most of today music is disposable and I'm not saying Unapologatic is a bad album.
I just stated the fact that most who look at this thread and love that album, have this music but not legally.
People like music? Really? On shi'tty computers and earplugs - disposable.

Of course they are, but they're not buying it. The amount of people who actually have this album on their computers is probably closer to the 6-7m she would have sold by now if this were 1999.
