Doh, hip hop is a local genre. Just like country, K-pop, etc. Hiphop fans aka hipsters outside of North America don't even buy albums, they download them. You can't expect hip hop stars to sell like Lady Gaga, which sold 2 million copies of BTW in its' first week WW.
