I couldn't give a **** tbh. She's been at the top and experienced what it's like to be a mega pop star so I'm not fussed. Gaga could go back to playing in clubs, as long as she's still creating music I will be happy.
I do think she may have peaked already but I think both Gaga after a bumpy ride with management/friend issues and finding herself might come back a bit stronger whether that be the next era or not who knows.
I don't think she's completely over the Paula Abdul in the late 90's way, but I don't think she can ever be really major again, because there's no place for her right now. If she tones down the gimmick and make simple pop music, she'll be overshadowed by all the other pop girls. If she doesn't tone it down and keep up the ART delusions, she'll be getting backlash after backlash and the GP won't use her.
Yes, she's been "over" since the BTW era. There's a reason why LA Reid didn't sign her, the same reason Akon cashed out.
They knew she wouldn't last.
Why are we still citing L.A Reid as credible. This is the same man that said P!nk would flop had she left the r&b genre. He lost all credibility when he was proven wrong. And isn't he also running Epic into the ground?
